My career began in operational delivery before moving into business development, where I’ve led and supported high-value bids for both independent training providers and large corporates. I’ve held senior roles including Business Development Manager at The Growth Company, Senior Bid Manager at Seetec, and Head of Business Development at InterLearn. Since 2016, I’ve specialised in bid writing and management—both in-house and as a consultant—with a strong track record across DWP, ESFA, MOJ, grant funding, and commercial proposals and tenders.
